Stole my money on double booking no refund!!

I was busy booking a room for the next night and the payment went through, while I was holding to get confirmation the site said room not available anymore I need to upgrade to a more expensive room. I had no choice as I needed to secure this stay and instead of taking the balance off my account to upgrade they billed me for a complete new room!! Double booking! I have been trying every day to get a refund but its not possible to contact them! Please beware that you will get ****med if you're not careful! They are not a SA company and the guests house also does nothing to assist me. Braking Dawn just as useless!
