STILL WAITING ON MY OWN MONEY

I’ve book a weekend away for my mother for mother’s on 24 April just here the my sister already had plans made so I cancelled the booking immediately it’s been more then 7 day and I’m still waiting on them to refund my money this is really frustrating that you must wait for your own money so long the keep on telling me I should check with my bank but my bank say that there is no money refund worst experience ever il never book with booking.com again I don’t even have lots of money so I saved up money to do this and now I have to wait
