Still waiting for my Refund

I cancelled my booking on 12 January 2018 at Four Oaks B &B in Montagu made via Booking.com but to date I have not received my refund. I was most disappointed the room was not ready and the pool was not in use. I was told by Booking.Com, my refund will be done within 7 to 15 days. It is 01 February 2018 and still I have not received my refund. HelloPeter please assist me
