Am very disappointed with Booking. Com, we arrived at paid Guesthouse only to be told they are fully booked and this was not the first incident of you not adhering to their calendar. There are lots of guests they have to send away due to this negligence.

Please refund us ASAP as we had to opt for a Hotel that is more expensive.

They just phoned me on WhatsApp, asking to complete another *****ulent form, requesting for my card details with CVV number, I asked him since when do refunds need that information to refund instead of account number. I told him I won't complete that form, clearly he wants to clean my account now. Please assist urgently, I want my refund
