Stay clear from Booking.com. there's not a worse services to plan accommodation with

I wish i could give this company a 0 star. If ever you plan accommodation stay far far away from booking.com in south africa. Horrible services they take your money dont complete your booking then tell you it will take 14days to pay your money back because of a website error this is an intensional ****. where are you supposed to get more money to double pay when you already paid. This company is a Complete ****. I had to run around to pay for my accommodation with another provider but because of these **** idiots. And you cant get hold of them it's impossible.Never Never ever will i make use booking.com again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. stay away from booking.com.This company will ruin you trip and tell you it will take 14 days for them to short out. stay away from them.
