Stay away from Bookings.com

I booked accomodation through bokkings.com. The place advertised kettel onsweet bath, breakfas,t wi-fi and parking. Dont know the town I was going too. When I got there it was in the worst part of town , with none of the comodities advertised. I feared for my life. Booking refused to assit me and I had to find other accomodation on my own and at my own cost and at 3 times the price due to timeframe. They promised a refund as well as my expences paid but refuses to respond to my mails on their customer help platform. After numerous figths I dit not even get 6% of my original fees refunded. They fefuse to assit in any manner. There are no place other than the platform and a tel number in Cairo to get hold of them. And no email to contact them
