START LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

The worst experience ever, as I booked Angel Guesthouse on their website, we had the most horrific experience ever and yet, I get the same request from 79 different people working at Booking.com as to what happened, send proof of payment, we were assaulted, our vehicle was damaged and guess what they are still keeping Angel Guesthouse on their website, perhaps if someone dies I'm sure that would not shake Booking.com. They told us that we would be staying at another Angel Guesthouse but to our surprise we were thrown in the dumps
