Spinning in circles

Whoever designed their website clearly has never had to use it. There is no check-in date, only a check-out date. One has to choose how many nights, i.e. one, two, etc. Every time I select the number of nights, I get a booking for one night only. Then, to crown it all, try contacting them. An utterly futile exercise. Come on, bookings.com, surely a company of your size and footprint can do better and create a USER-FRIENDLY website.
