Soul Place Village - ****

We booked the night of 16 Jan 2021 at Soul Place Village. When we arrived there was nobody on the property that had many cottages. The contact cell nr has been switched off and no response on email either I paid R900 to secure the booking. We had to find an alternative place for the night. How could booking.com allow this to happen. There is no complaint liink on theolir app and how are we supposed to let others know not to fall for this ****.
