Sondela Nature Reserve, Makgatho Lodges: Reservation ***

I made a group booking for 5 adult ladies, Booking.com proposed 2 houses, which I accepted and paid for. I agreed to a no cancelation policy because I had no intention to cancel. When I got to the resort, to my dismay; I was allocated 2 housed (23 and 121), which were some kilometres far apart. I obviously had to squeeze everyone into one house so that we could all spend time together. I did indicate at reception, that we'll only take one house, given the circumstances. I expected to be refunded for the House 23, that we did not occupy. Booking.com as well as Sondela Makgatho management have been non responsive despite my emails.
