So Uphappy😞☹️😤😢

I booked yesterday with The Happy Rhino, the place is disgusting how can you advertise such a **** to people, lifts dont work, broken Windows, people walking with underwear in the wall way, plugs dont work, I almost broke my ankle coming down the steps, the tv plays dstv adverts shorts..my husband and I left after few hours we paid for parking im disgusted and angry because O lost all my money for nothing. And when i went to collect my ID the man at the reception gave me another's mans ID and asked if it was me.***..I want my money back...
