So difficult to contact Booking.com!!

Had an issue with a booking for an accommodation that we made on Booking.com. Have been struggling to contact them regarding this. Did eventually manage to speak to someone and then haven’t heard anything back for weeks. Contact number for South Africa doesn’t work - 0860-209-215. Even tried to phone UK number but on hold forever. Still need help but no answer on App chat or emails
