Absolute nonsense. Paid and booked for a place just to be told that the venue cannot find our confirmation and then was told that if the reservation doesn’t pop up, a refund will be received in 7-12 days! It’s really bad and leaves people travelling across the country at risk. 0/10 do not recommend
