Shocking do not use them

Been ****med took my money just to have booking cancelled by owner and said bolking.com did not veify their availability. I am now suppose to book a different place but they dont want to refund my money before 7 to 12 days. Their consultants are not local and put the phone down in your ear when trying to speak to them
