Shocking Customer Service from Bookings.com

I would suggest to all these followers to never use bookings.com. We travel a lot and have always made use of Agoda (which has always been amazing). This weekend we tried out bookings.com - where we arrived at our accommodation (which was fully paid for) to find that it was fully booked - leaving us stranded. Two hours on the side of the road with no transport and no accommodation. We spent two hours on the phone with bookings.com who were no help at all, the closest alternative was 7km away!!! No manager was 'available' to speak to me and absoltluy so resolution came from this company. We went back onto Agoda and checked into our next accommodation no problem. Will never be using bookings.com after this - disgusting service!!!
