Shocking and Disgusting Accommodation

I am contacting you on behalf of our company Upstage productions we made a booking through your booking portal for accommodation in Durban the reference for the booking is *** the accommodation was absolutely disgusting the and I had to book an alternative accommodation as the conditions were terrible the team sent me pictures and a video, I would like to report this property as it is not acceptable and I require a refund as I did not use the accommodation from the 24th to the 26th September please can someone contact to resolve this situation. Also you have no way of reporting a booking on the system directly you need to become more user friendly, i want a refund on this booking please contact me with regards to this booking.
