Sham credit process

Absolute useless booking side. They ask you if you want a credit (which is immediate) or a refund to your card (which can take weeks), so you opt for the credit (which is stored in an online wallet). When you try to apply the wallet you can only use it with properties that state 'pay with my wallet'. No problem. I then try to apply it to such a specified property, but then they say that the payment administrator must ALSO be via booking.com, otherwise the credit won't go off. I am yet to find such a property...

I have emailed several times, with the same auto replies. I cannot phone abroad, so there is no solution (the local number does not work).
