****** service providers on Booking.com

I've been booking holidays with Booking.com for some time and my 2nd last booking with the Oyster Bay Beach House has turned out very sour.The property was in poor condition and I stated this in my review. After my review was posted I received some ****** hate comments from the owner which I brought to Booking.com's attention. They refuse to assist yet will continue to host ****** vendors who target customers when they do not provide what was paid for. I'm not using them any longer and suggest that no one else does!
