It is with regret that i write this review. Booking.com took a booking for the 24th to the 28th of July 2024 for a venue in Margate in KZN. Unfortunately, we were informed that the venue is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, and we were requested to cancel. Firstly, this cancellation was not of our doing, but Booking.com charges us the cancellation fees, after giving the reasons for the cancellation. trying to follow up and get the total refund as been a nightmare and still not sorted out. they are not reachable and just don't care. I think the tourism board really needs to get involved with these companies so that we innocent citizens do not get **********. i will never book anything viaBooking.com
