Booking.com is a bunch of *****s who gives false advertising and never want to take blame.... I recently booked for a short vacation to Sunflower guesthouse. Booking.com facilitated the entire process, But I was not happy with the place when I arrived. First my room wouldn't lock. TV set on site was not working Parking was a nightmare

I decided to cancel the booking seeing that the place was not secure and not safe at all.

Booking.com & Sunflower guest house please refund me my money back. R1900 is a lot of money to just loose like that.
