Serene street guesthouse

I had booked at a place called Serene street guesthouse in gatfontein pretoria with booking.com. I checked in there at 5:30pm and my room was not even cleaned yet , the security guard just came and swept and then made the bed which means the sheets were not even changed, all their rooms do not have keys , and there’s only one bathroom that has to be shared by all guests, it’s winter and they didn’t have blankets or heaters , it just seemed like a commune student accommodation, I called them that night and told them I can’t sleep there and I wanted my refund , they were so rude . I left and started contacting booking.com but they never took my request seriously,I’m still waiting for them even today . I booked on the 15th of June the price was R450
