I write to express my dissatisfaction at the treatment received at the Seapoint Holiday hotel in Western Cape. I had a booking for travel from Johannesburg to Cape Town in July 2021. A day prior to travel to Cape Town, President Ramaphosa imposed a provincial lock down from Gauteng there could not travel out of Gauteng. I immediately cancelled my booking at the Seapoint holiday hotel. Since July to now I have been requesting some sort of refund for the accommodation that never took place. To date there is no feedback and I was told that there was no lock down when I cancelled the accommodation. I need my REFUND
