Schamach Guest Farm booking

I made a booking for December 22, paid the amount the holiday was cancelled by the guest farm it self due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest farm though did waiver the cancellation fee, booking.com has my money, they only pay accommodation 10 days after my arrival, to the guest farm,

Booking.com advised the guest farm needs to pay me how can they pay if they have not received the money.

I need my money ASAP.....
