I booked a lodge called Clermont Lodge and firstly I was given the wrong quotation and was only informed that the quotation was wrong after having paid (bare in mind that I had to call them to find out whether they had received the money or not... Only for them to give me a story that it wasnt enough) I then asked them to cancel the booking and pay me back 50% of the money I had deposited as per the advert on booking.com... That's when some rude ladies by the name of Lindiwe and Nonkululeko treated me like I was an unsivilised and uneducated person and went further to hang up on me a numerous times while lashing out threats at me... Can anyone kindly assist me as I still need 50% of the money I paid as per the advert on bookings.com
