We made a booking for accommodation @ LLandudno Luxe 16 Liermans Road, Capetown. As we were nearing close to our holiday date we were informed by booking.com that our booking at the accommodation was cancelled. We then we were told we receive our refund within 10-14 working days. We are still waiting for the refund. We are convinced that booking.com and the accommodation place ****med us because we keep being sent to pillar and post regarding our refund. Worst experience of our lives as we had used their services before without any hassles. I would highly recommend NOT to use booking.com.
