Oh my God, still cant believe this. I lost 12k and loads of airtime calling their call center for help. i booked a flight for two and my acc was debited three times. I immediately called them and they said they couldn't see the funds. i advised that i cant travel anymore due to this, they refused to postpone my trip or cancel it. They refunded me my money for the double debit 2 hrs later.
