If zero stars were possible, zero stars wold be given. We are being ****med by an unreasonable owner and booking.com is of no help. You can hardly understand the call agents on the other side and even though they are unable to reach the owner he is not blacklisted yet. If they're going to just make you deal with the owner yourself, you're much better off using AirBnB or Trivago. Very pointless service with no customer protection, it's basically just a website with a calendar at the end of the day.
