I made a booking with booking.com first week of December 2022 but when I arrived at the guest house only to find that they are not aware of any booking under my name. The owner called booking.com and they agreed to refund me. When I also looked at my bank statement, booking.com double charged me. I also raised that with them. They owe me a total amount of R3500. They requested proof, I emailed it as per request. It's been a month I haven't received any feedback from them. When I call, they say they are still investigating.
