Due to not refunding a ****med payment taken off my card in full for accommodation from Mr Cataldo Lozzi of Luxury Sistina Suites , 15 Via Sistina , Rome 00187 that cancelled on us after after we arrived at his property on 14th October 2022 . He had taking off full payment on 26th September 2022. Proof of payment was uploaded to Booking.com & have never heard from them again despite many emails & them changing their email address :-(
