**** in the app

I have a problem from the 9th of April 2022 i did report it on the app but still nothing have been done.

Now i booked and an accommodation for my sisters birthday and when they got to apartment the apartment was not even a place to be booked it so happen that it someone's home and staying with his family and yet when we booked this accommodation it was advertised on booking.com and now i wonder how did this happen and we finished pay the deposit and everything and we didn't get our refund nothing so what can i do i have waited for so many months and now i think i should take this to helopeter cause guys are not doing nothing about these ****s that are happening in yours app how can we trust you guys and sending our love ones what if my young sister was ******ed who's fault is that? So can someone do something about this and lastly i really need my money back cause you guys are responsible for this i trusted this app so much knowing it safe and secured you guys should do a security check before allowing people to advertise in yours app. Please someone attend to this issue.
