I have once booked an accommodation in Waterkloof which I was rejected when getting to the place that the room had already been taken by the other clients. I informed Booking.com but to date I haven't received my refund, neither respond from them. In short Booking.com can be terrible sometimes, it's like gambling with your funds as once things doesn't goes accordingly, no one takes responsibility at all. So you will be on your own, left stranded to the point that I had to look at another accommodation through them and pay again hoping that they would refund the money and realize the desperation I had but hell no.... Still crying out for my money and please note: they are nowhere to be found through phone or email. It's like a ghost.
