**** company and poor services

This company is very poor .I saw their apartment and booked after booking and paying then the wrote the message stating that the property isint taking reservation under their side ,but they already taken my money .Booking.com is a big company that ****s people even if you try to call and email them theres no answer because it showing that they have bad services ever .I want my money back asap
