**** Castle Inn Kempton Park

I booked with booking.com for the 31st December 2021 and paid it was confirmed on the 31st around 2pm the guy from Castle inn sends me message on whatsapp that they declined booking because It was double booked, I asked for my money back he told me to call booking.com.i sent them 2 emails with no assistance I told they guy and he said it will be in by the 17th January and now his not answering messages, calls and my money still not refunded.
