**** booking.com

Its already more than a month ago I booked through booking .com a place in Paarl. There were no such place in paarl and paid in full for booking .com it was a **** everytime they tell me I must wait 15 days and then 30 days for my money to be paid back and till now nothing!! It was already june/ july. I cant loose all that money I just want my money back. Please
