Booking.com will make you make payment online only to find that accomodation doesn’t have rooms available. I have been asking for my refund and I have not been assisted in any way.

I made payment online for a guesthouse only to get there and be told they don’t have availability in a very rude way. The very same Accomodation told me they can’t assist with refunds I must contact booking.com and i did that instead I’m being given the run around.

Please be careful when booking through booking.com they’ll **** you off your money
