Sani Window and Booking.com refund
I was charged for a accommodation after I canceled. My account was charged on the 24/03/2023 after I canceled. The property said they never charged me. The amount or R1190 has accumulated R400 charges since I had no money in my account. The property called me on 17/04 and asked me to confirm my card but till now there is no refund and my account is get charges for the amount that was charged. Property is Sani Window their contacts are *** / *** Confirmation no. ***

The property was supposed to charge my credit card in June not March 21. They also denied having charged me. Only after I sent a banking statement to booking.com they called me on the 17/04/2023 and asked me to confirm my card no. But since then I have not received the refund. My calls are not going through.
