Just got ****ed via booking.com

I booked accomodation via booking.com at Seaview apartment near MSC and ushaka marine on the booking.com website I paid an amount of R1420.25 . I still have not received a booking confirmation .

contacted the place and the owner was rude and no one wants to refund me or help me.Please becareful to many ****s on booking.com
