RUINED VACATION

Thank you Bookings.com for ruining my holiday - big time. Booked an apartment in Paris in October 2017 (reservation ********** 634). Informed on 1 July 2018, 4 days before arrival that it is not available any more. What is my options? I should look for other accommodation (which according to yourselves does not really exist on your site, so you referred me to airbnb), OR, this is the joke, you can cancel my reservation for free! And then you do not provide me with a number to phone you....you just email me (while already in Europe) and tell me you could not get hold of me...
