Royal Stina hotel ****mer

Ive been writing to this booking.com for my refund till today they havent sent anything regarding my refund because the ROYAL STINA HOTEL in Maboneng ****med me by booking the same hotel 3 times on the Date.they can't find the owner but they are the one who put the hotel available for us to book it shows that they don't care about us and our money that we spend for this bookings. If they can't find the owner how will I find the owner? I just wanna let people know don't book this hotel the person is a ****mer and I went and saw that the place 8s still avaliable till today but i haven't received my refund since 3 May, be careful of this owner and booking.com
