Rosch Prop Inc Rosebank

I booked an apartment at Rosch Inc Prop Rosebank Johannesburg through Booking.com. On the ad it indicated a PRIVATE POOL, room with a view (city lights and pool) and other benefits which was charged extra for and I paid for it. The address send by Booking.com was Bath Ave and Tyrwhitt Ave. Arriving there I phone +*** (as on the confirmation) to ask about the entrance for private parking per the ad, just to find out that is not the venue. I was also rudely address by the person on the phone and said I was late (18h45 when arrival was until 00.30 in the confirmation) and she is waiting for me at the apartment at Baker street 12. Arriving at the apartment it was NOTHING as described in the ad. The view from a small window from the 2nd floor in the building is into another building. NO city light and NO pool,. Not to mention a private pool, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, and and and...... The linen is OLD and full of fluff. In the bathroom were a lot of toiletries of another person. Old soap, body creams and and and. ... In the Covid era I wonder if this palce is clean and sanitized. This is false advertising and steeling of money. Please! do not come or ever book at ROSCH INC PROP ROSEBANK
