I am never going to use Booking.com again. Absolute rip-off and not the first time. I was shown a certain discounted price due to being at Genius (loyalty) level 3, but was charged the higher full price. They expect you to take screenshots of each page as you are booking to prove the discounted price. Very devious and they will not refund you the full difference.
