Request for urgent refund

I made a booking via Booking.com with Queens and King2 accomodation in Pinetown, 9 Truman Road, Pinetown, 3610.

Upon arrival, owner with number: +27 (63) *** advised us that they had an emergency and can no longer accomodate us for the booking on 28 December 2024 as they had an emergency.

I have been following up since and even today for my refund and return in amount of R550, that I want refunded, however both the accomodation and booking.com are now giving a run around and sending me to and fro.
