Rental Car

I have never ever dealt with such sly people. I rented a car and paid for it via credit card. I cancelled the booking 10 days before taking up the rental car. The terms and conditions stipulate that they will pay the money back. I emailed thrice and i am waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my money from them the car rental reference was 679 777 347.

Please just pay my money
