Removed my review that was 100% Valid

I stayed at a hotel in Knysna, I booked this place through booking.com which stole money from us, large amount who I am still battling to fight to get my money back. I left a review on booking.com and they removed my review... This is not right. I then emailed booking.com and they never rep****. Very unhappy! Worse service ever. after letting other knows not to book at that hotel as they might fall under the same situation.
