Refusing to refund

I made a booking on bookings.com and the host cancelled our booking just a few days before our check in. Host is giving me a run around with refunding me my money R2 992.50. I have been calling and emailing with no luck regarding this matter. Please refund me my money and stop giving me a run for my money.
