refused to refund

i have sent a complain to booking.com . about the place i was supposed to stay at but i ended up booking another place , because it was dirty and the owner was drunk . He even told us that he also stay there so we will be sharing the same house . on our arrival there tools and the tv on the floor and he told us that we were supposed to checked in at 17h00. the pool and the place was dirty . we refused to stay there and booked another place . the owner was even smoking in the house.( peters place kuilsriver
