Refusal to reimburse amount that is owed to me!

1. Made a booking at Port Edward Holiday Resort.

2. I paid Booking.com an amount of R6750.

3. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled the booking timeously.

4. The Resort said that Booking.com has not paid them the money.

5. Booking.com has given me the runaround for over a month.
