Refunding ****

I had booked through booking.com at Rustic Retreat in Bloemfontein, 3-4 March 2022. However, when I contacted the owner they said that they have not been operating for a year. I contacted them through Twitter about getting a refund because I didn't even stay there, they sent me a link which kept taking me to "review accommodation"

Booking.com needs to refund me my money😡.... here is the confirmation number:***
