Refundable deposit not paid back.

I booked in November for a girls trip, a deposit of R1500.00 was paid and supposed to be refunded within 15 days. I'm still waiting for my money, no one is calling me to give feedback. I have to do follow ups almost everyday, a lady named Nosipho Mdlalose has been promising that my money will deposited or other days she'll say some one from finance will call me. She refuses to give me a direct number for their finance department.
