Refund Withheld & Zero Accountability – Avoid This Property

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Alimama Spaces Future's Greenlee Space and Booking.com.

I cancelled my booking based on incorrect information that the property was unavailable. The property initially agreed to the cancellation, then suddenly declined it with no explanation.

Now:

No response from the property. No real help from Booking.com. My R1229.73 refund is being withheld.

This is misleading and a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I’ve been ignored while they hold onto my money.

Sort this out immediately or I escalate to the National Consumer Commission.

Avoid this property unless you’re okay being misled and ignored.
